Why do employers emphasize logical thought

What is the logical thinking and why it is important for employers? Employers value employees place great because its decision on evidence-based strong logical thinking and reasoning skills to demonstrate. In most cases organizations do not have that employee to make decisions based on emotion and not on reality.

What is the reasoning?

Watch logical thinker and analyze the phenomenon reactions

and feedback, and draw conclusions based on this input. You can collect their strategies, actions and decisions to justify on facts.

For example, a sales person changes a product presentation of its user-friendly features after receiving customer feedback indicating that the user experience was the main reason why I had purchased the product to emphasize.

Deductive

Example: A company may have a fundamental belief that employees are more productive when they take control of the way they perform their duties.
